Terms of Use

These terms apply to "Escape the Arrows: Maze Puzzle" (the "app") by doppisoft. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please uninstall it.

1. Using the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. Don't copy, resell, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its levels, except where the law allows it.

2. Free, with ads

The app is free and shows ads, including optional videos that give in-game rewards. Ads are provided by Google AdMob; tapping an ad may take you to another app or website that we don't control.

3. Coins, hints and progress

Coins, hints, stars and streaks are game features only. They have no money value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and may be lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data. We may rebalance them (for example level rewards) in updates.

4. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop the app at any time. Some features need an internet connection; the game itself plays offline.

5. Privacy

How data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, doppisoft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

8. Google Play

Your download and use of the app are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date shown above. Continuing to use the app means you accept them.
