Escape the Arrows: Maze Puzzle

Privacy Policy

Effective 23 October 2026

In short: you don't create an account and we never ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location. Your game progress stays on your phone. The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob, and it uses Google Firebase to understand how the game is played and to fix crashes. Those Google services collect some data from your device, as explained below. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options.

1. Who we are

"Escape the Arrows: Maze Puzzle" (the "app") is published by doppisoft ("we", "us"). Contact: im.sukhrob@gmail.com.

2. Data stored on your device

The app saves on your device: your progress (unlocked levels, stars, coins, hints, daily streak), your settings (theme, sound, vibration), which tutorial tips you have seen, and simple counters that space out ads. We do not receive this data. If Android backup is turned on, Android may include your progress and settings in your Google account's backup so they come back on a new phone. Uninstalling the app deletes them from the device.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows banner, full-screen and optional reward ads through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. To show, measure and protect ads, Google may collect:

Google uses this data to deliver ads, to measure them and to prevent fraud, and, only where allowed and where you agreed, to personalise ads. Google may share it with its advertising partners. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Your consent and choices

5. Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

To learn which levels are too hard and what to improve, the app records game events such as levels started, completed or failed, hints used, reward videos watched and settings changed, together with an app-instance identifier, basic device information and an approximate location derived from the IP address. Analytics does not collect the advertising ID and its data is not used for advertising. Where consent is required, analytics only stores data if you agreed.

6. Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

If the app crashes, a crash report is sent so we can fix the problem: the technical error, device and operating-system details, the level being played at the time, and a random installation identifier.

7. Remote settings (Firebase Remote Config)

The app may download settings such as how often ads appear or how many coins a level pays. This uses a random installation identifier.

8. Google Play

The app can ask you to rate it and can offer updates through Google Play's in-app review and in-app update features. These are provided by Google Play under Google's privacy policy; we never see your review before you publish it, and nothing in the game depends on it.

9. Legal bases (EEA, UK)

We rely on your consent for personalised ads and, where required, for analytics storage; on our legitimate interests for crash reports, security, fraud prevention and non-personalised ads; and on providing the game you asked for.

10. How long data is kept

Data on your device is kept until you uninstall the app. Firebase Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and Crashlytics crash reports for up to 90 days. Advertising data is kept by Google under its own retention policies.

11. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app and data was collected, contact us and we will help delete it.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. Because the app has no accounts, we cannot link data to you by name; contact us and we will help with any request, including requests for data held by Google on our behalf. You can also manage Google data at myaccount.google.com.

We do not sell personal information for money. Under some US state laws, sharing data with ad partners for personalised ads can count as "selling" or "sharing"; you can opt out through Privacy options or your device's ad settings.

13. Security

Data sent to Google's services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

14. Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
